Es ist ärgerlich, wenn eines meiner Projekte plötzlich eine andere Umschlagfarbe hat, z. B. Sand statt dem Blau, welches ich gewählt hatte für die bereits bestellten 100er-Fotobücher. Auch eines meiner künstlerischen Arbeiten, für welches ich Weiss gewählt hatte, erschien als "Projekt" in einer anderen Umschlagfarbe. Das ist wirklich blöd! Will man ein neues 100er-Fotobuch erstellen, muss man auch erst bei Smartphoto nachfragen, wie man das machen kann. Die Dame am Telefon kannte das Problem und konnte mir kompetent erklären, wie es geht. Doch sollte KEIN Anruf nötig sein, wenn ich ein neues solches Buch zusammenstellen möchte.
